Online bookings and registration are closed here. There are no account, contact or upload forms, and this website cannot access your Let’s app records.
What happens when you visit
Your browser requests pages and images from our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the site can involve processing your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. These technical details can be personal information.
The site’s own code does not add advertising trackers, analytics, nonessential cookies or cross-site profiling. Cloudflare may process technical information or use security features under its own service arrangements. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices, including international processing and retention.
What the website does not collect
There is no facility here to submit receipts, travel records, customer details, photographs, payment information or account credentials. We do not use website visitor information for advertising or sell it. Demonstration screenshots use example or test workspaces.
If you contact us
A public support and privacy email is being prepared. No contact form or message delivery is offered on this website.
If you choose to email, your email provider and the receiving provider process the message. We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry or investigate the issue. Include only what is needed; never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unrelated personal records.
Correspondence is kept only while needed to handle the enquiry, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Technical hosting logs follow the provider’s applicable service retention. This notice does not promise an unverified fixed deletion period.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without creating an account or accepting marketing. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information handled in correspondence, or object to its processing, subject to applicable law and proportionate identity verification. The public contact channel will be listed above when available. You may also raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
Existing applications
The Android and Windows apps handle records under their own account and business permissions. This website notice does not replace the notices or agreements applicable to those records. Website publication does not open browser registration or booking services.
Changes
We will update this notice when this website’s processing changes. Any future registration, booking, analytics or other data-collection service needs its own appropriate information and controls before being enabled.
